A 50% initial deposit is required to secure your project in our development queue. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers immediate resource allocation, domain registration, and initial architecture planning.

⚡ Milestone-Based Refunds

We work in stages to ensure you are happy with the progress:

• Design Phase: Once mockups are approved, the work is considered accepted.
• Development Phase: Once coding begins, no refunds are issued for labor hours spent.
• Launch: Once a site is "Live" or credentials handed over, the project is 100% non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Costs for Domain Names (.lk, .com), Hosting fees, and Third-party licenses (premium themes/plugins) cannot be refunded once purchased on your behalf.
